Emergency Shelter
Family Violence Project provides temporary emergency housing for people fleeing domestic abuse or who are homeless because of an abusive domestic partner. Shelter residents live in a cooperative, communal space with minimal supervision by staff. Shelter advocates offer individual advocacy and group support.
Advocates will assist with safety planning, referrals, and assistance in connecting with other community-based resources. Some basic food and personal items are donated. Any supplemental food or supplies will be purchased by the resident. If you feel unsafe in your home, please contact our helpline today at 877-890-7788.
